Interesting LEGO Movie 2 Stuff (I’m in denial about not posting for two months)

Hey guys. Today I wanted to show off a bunch of the more notable LEGO Movie 2 sets and promotions what with the film’s first showings tonight.

Brickheadz:

There were also these cool signed minifigures that were given to the first customers of the day a little back.

And finally, we have some the official Lego Group video about the Welcome to Apocalypseburg set, retailing for 299.99 USD.
pardon my writing. I’m a bit off recently from uh… posting every day… yeah.

The LEGO Movie 2 CMF

We got some images for the LEGO Movie 2 Collectible Minifigures.

It looks like we are getting some typical minifigures, but I wanted to point out that we are getting some Wizard of Oz minifigures. We already had the Wicked Witch from the LEGO Batman Movie, but now we have them all.

Thanks for reading this post. Did you have a great holiday season? Merry (late) Christmas and a Happy New Year.

New Lego Movie 2 Short: Emmet’s Holiday Party

Hey guys. We got a teaser thing for Lego Movie 2 for Christmas. It’s fun and leads to some cool theories about new minifigs and stuff.

If you watch it, you see some cool stuff that I’m going to run through quickly. First, Alfred is in the short, so it is possible that he will be in the actual movie. Second: We know Lego does a bunch of collectible minifigures and we can expect some for this. Do you think we could get Elf Emmet, Treasure Chest Metal Beard, Ugly Sweater Batman, and Ugly Sweater Alfred? Third: We see our villain for Lego Movie 2.

The last thing I noticed which I believe was in the trailer (and I somehow missed it) was that Benny has a robot arm.

I hope that you guys had fun watching the short. If you want to see the short on Youtube, you can here. I hope that you guys have a fun and fantastic day.

VIP Black Card Promotion

Two quick things for now. Lego just showed us a really hyped up promotion. If you were not aware, if you purchased the Lego UCS Millenium Falcon in 2017, Lego would give you an exclusive card. We haven’t had any real exclusives yet, but that changed when Lego revealed this.

unnamed

It’s a stand for the VIP Black Card holders. It comes with an exclusive plaque and an exclusive minifigure with a great torso print. I don’t even want to know how much these will sell for on Bricklink.com and eBay.com. I personally don’t really like anything other than the torso print, but what do you think?

PS: Lego also revealed these Lego Movie 2 Creative Brick Boxes.

They will be 29.99 USD each.

New Lego Modular for 2019

Lego just officially announced the 2019 Corner Garage. This is a continuation of the modular buildings series for city builders. The Detective’s Office (did you know it’s going to be discontinued in 2019?), The Parisian Restaraunt, and the pride and joy of my collection, The Downtown Diner. Lego has released quite a few over the last years, all being great sets but at a sort of high price. For example, The Detective’s Office is 149.99 USD, The Downtown Diner was 159.99 USD, and the Parisian Restaraunt was 159.99 USD. This one is going to be even more expensive at 199.99 USD. Will it be worth it? Let’s see.

A garage (which comes with a truck),

A veterinarian’s office,

And an apartment.

The roof has a nice design with a nice door to get out onto the roof. It features a small garden and a chair.

This is actually one of the better selections of minifigures I have seen. Six minifigures, all simple but useful in city building.

So what do you think of this set? I probably won’t buy it, but I want to know what you guys will do. Thanks for taking the time to read this post. I hope you have a great day.

PS: Lego also released pictures for the Fire Plane.

It will probably retail for 69.99 USD or 79.99 USD.

Disney and Speed Champions 2019 Images

I’m back. Here are the pretty cool new Disney and Speed Champions sets. I’m not going to go into detail like I did with the Architecture sets because there are so many of these.

Sorry for the shortness of the post, I’m trying to get back into the groove of posting for everything. I hope you guys have a great weekend (I know it’s Thursday but…).

Architecture 2019 Set Images (Paris and San Fran)

We finally got images for two new architecture sets. These images are for San Francisco and Paris.

Paris (21044) – 694 pcs – $?

Paris features some of the more famous buildings of the city, including Arc de Triomphe, the Grand Palais, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Tour Montanparesse. You might remember that the Eiffel Tower was a set, the Louvre was a set, and the Arc de Triomphe was a set which is interesting that they are re-releasing them.

San Francisco (21043) – 565 pcs – $?

San Francisco obviously features the Golden Gate Bridge and Alcatraz. It also features the Painted Ladies, Salesforce Tower, Coit Tower, Fort Point, 555 Street, and the Transamerica Pyramid. This is one that you might want to pick up. I know I want to.

That’s it for now. I will be back to report on Speed Champions and Disney next.

LEGO Movie 2 Videogame

So we got a picture for the LEGO Movie 2 game today so yeah.

unnamed

If you look at the cover you can see that it has a new Batman, Wildstyle, and Unikitty, and it has normal Emmet, the bad guy, and the spaceship, and that new character Rex.

If past has told us anything it will either be E or E10+. It will also probably retail at 60-80 USD. We also got a picture for a set that I can share with you now.

Emmet and Lucy’s Visitors from DUPLO Planet (set number 10895)

I would attempt to guess the price but I don’t know how to price Duplo…

Prices and Release date for Spider-man

I said a few weeks ago I would give the prices and date for these so here you go. These will be coming on December 1st, early enough for Christmas. You’ll be able to get them on Shop@home.

Now for the prices

Thanks for reading. I hope you have a great day.

LEGO Forma Kick Starter Over

Around two months ago, I did a post on LEGO Forma’s Indiegogo Kickstarter (here).

The Kickstarter has officially ended, so that means that for you guys who didn’t buy it, your chance to get a set is gone until the official launch. If you did buy it, you will receive your set in early 2019. If you want some more numbers and a better break down, check out The Brick Fan’s post here.
